Circle T Partnership offerings

Circle T's 1st partnership will be consisting of 3 yearlings.
This unique kind of partnership offers the chance to invest in three horses rather than just one. This maxmimizes the partnership's chances to be successfull. These yearlings will all be broke at Circle t Farm and then sent to a trainer that will soon be named. Circle T will be offering a total of 10 shares. Out of those 10 shares Circle T will retain 1 share and the trainer will be retaining 1 share for a total of 8 shares to be offered to the public. Both Circle T and the trainer will be buying in and paying their share(10%) of all expenses. We feel this way it's best for the partner to know we are behind them and want what's best for the partnership and the horses.

At the end of the month each partner will receive a bill for their percentage of all expenses to be paid by the 10th of the month. If at any time any partner wants out he or she can sell their share. Circle T will gladly assist anyone needing to sell their share but their is no gurantee it will be sold and all expenses must be paid or their share will be forfeited and sold to regain the lost expenses.

While the horse is at Circle T the monthly bill will be around $1,200.00 per horse and the horses will be there for approximately 5-6 months before being sent to the track. At the track the approximate monthly bill will be $2,000.00 per horse.

10% of breaking bills will be around $360.00 for the total partnership
Once they are at the track with the trainer the bill for a 10% share will be around $600.00 per month for the total partnership

2009 Filly by Noble Causeway-Fortuna

This is the first foal out of her dam Fortuna.
Fortuna is a half sister to Organ Grinder who was a champion in Canada winning the Canadian Derby and ran out a total of $546,093.00 and is standing at stud in Canada at Simek Farm for $5000.00 Canadian. Noble Causeway is a Grade 1 Performer with a Triple Digit Beyer Speed Figure and was a top 3-year-old and multiple classic contender. She was foaled and raised at Circle T Farm where her dam still resides with her 2010 foal by her side.

2009 Filly by Value Plus-Above the Market

This filly is the 4th foal out of Above the Market. 2 of her 3 siblings are winners. T's Market who is Above's first foal and is a half sister to this 2009 filly is a winner at 3 and is currently running at presque isle downs. Above's other winner Cenizo is a full sister to this 2009 filly. She sold at the obs sale last year for $100,000.00 running a furlong in 10 flat. She currently has 2 wins out of 4 starts. The 3rd foal Above the Forest sold at the OBS sale for $10,000.00 running a furlong in 10 3/5 and is currently in training and will be racing soon. Above the market still resides at Circle T Farm with her 2010 foal by her side.

2009 Filly by Noble Causeway-Mil Kilates

This filly is by Noble Causeway and out of Mil Kilates. Mil Kilates is a Graded stakes winning mare with over $600,000.00 in earnings. She has 5 foals that are of racing age, of which 4 are winners. Mil Kilates offspring has recently sold at the OBS April 2 year olds in training sale where her 08 filly by Stormy Atlantic sold for $27,000.00. Her 07 colt by Hennessy sold for $95,000.00 at the 09 February OBS sale.
